Our people make this happen, day in day out – we couldn’t do it without such a passionate and dedicated team.

CitySprint Group Smart Delivery Awards

Our people do a great job so we have set up an inventive reward and recognition scheme, to replace our previous Shining Star Awards, recognising employees who embody our CitySprint Group values. This is essential to our company culture and encourages our people to celebrate their peers by providing an opportunity to say thank you.

Every quarter we give credit to staff members for their amazing work by selecting employees who have gone above and beyond the call of duty, whether for a customer, a colleague or a courier. Not only do we choose winners from those nominated, we also recognise and reward nominators as without them there wouldn’t be any winners.
