Paul Gisbourne

Chief Executive Officer
 

Paul has been instrumental in growing same day courier businesses throughout his career in this specialised market place since 1994.  With a strong foundation gained at TNT and other successful National Companies, he has excelled in all positions from Sales and Operational Management roles, through to his current position to date.
 

He joined CitySprint in 2006 as a Regional Manager and with his broad skill set, successfully evolved through the business and now has a key role on the Executive team leading Group operations.  Paul also has a responsibility for acquiring courier businesses as part of CitySprint’s buy and build strategy.
 

 

 

Justin Moore

Chief Sales Officer


Justin has been working in the distribution industry since 1994. Starting as a courier, he has since gained experience within operational, senior sales and business development roles, including five years at DHL.

Justin joined CitySprint in 2005 and is responsible for all areas of marketing, and new business development.

Sally-Anne Canning

Group Marketing Director


Sally-Anne has over 15 years' marketing management experience working across a variety of industries in both B2B and B2C sectors, including international experience working in Paris.

Since joining CitySprint in 2010, Sally-Anne has led the brand strategy, PR and marketing communications functions and is responsible for the delivery of all internal and external communications, as well strategic marketing and customer, market and competitor analysis. 


 

Matt Lister

Finance Director



Prior to joining CitySprint in 2007, Matt gained his experience through a variety of management roles in businesses predominately within the manufacturing sector. 

During his 10 years with CitySprint, Matt has been responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Group’s day to day finances, their data and reporting strategy, investment appraisal programme and facilitating their financial due diligence processes that underpin the Group’s successful buy-and-build strategy.  Matt was an integral part of the team that successfully completed a management buyout in 2016.

Rosie Bailey

Director of Customer Management

 

Rosie is responsible for CitySprint’s SME customer engagement strategy, focusing on retention and growth, and leading the Customer Experience Improvement programme. With over 18 years’ logistics experience, Rosie led the strategic account management programme for the industrial and 3PL sectors at City Link before joining CitySprint in 2013.

With many recognisable achievements already, such as starting the Customer Care team in 2015 and winning Silver for the Most Improved Complaint Handling at the 2017 UKCHA Awards, Rosie also manages commercial targeting and the management of CitySprint’s Platinum customer base.

Craig Eddy

Director of Operations


Craig has recently joined the CitySprint family from Royal Mail Group, where he worked through the corporate ladder from lower level management to Senior Manager positions over a 19 year career. He brings a wealth of experience in change management, process improvement and leading large teams through his inspirational leadership style.

Craig is responsible for the day to day running of CitySprint operations and with creating and deploying the transformation strategy within operations.


Simon Parsons

Director of IT

 

Simon has been responsible for significant improvements in service resilience and reliability over his 8 years with CitySprint, and as a result facilitating business growth. Over a 30 year career in the IT industry, he has held positions from grass roots support to senior management positions.

He has championed the successful introduction of ISO27001 across the business and accreditation to this important security standard. Simon is committed to the security of CitySprint's IT systems and our clients' data.
